<p class="bodytext">To switch off an automatic reply for a mailbox:</p>

<ol class="procedurelistnumber">
<li class="procedurelistnumber">On your Home page, click the domain name you need.</li>
<li class="procedurelistnumber">Click the <img xsrc="http://support.sydneywebhosting.com.au/images/16133.gif" align="bottom" border="0" height="32" hspace="0" vspace="0" width="32" /> <strong class="specialbold">Mail</strong> icon.</li>
<li class="procedurelistnumber">Click the e-mail address, for which you wish to switch off the automatic reply.</li>
<li class="procedurelistnumber">Click the <img xsrc="http://support.sydneywebhosting.com.au/images/16220.gif" alt="btn autoresp" align="bottom" border="0" height="32" hspace="0" vspace="0" width="32" /> <strong class="specialbold">Autoresponders</strong> icon in the <strong class="specialbold">Tools</strong> group.</li>
<li class="procedurelistnumber">Click the <img xsrc="http://support.sydneywebhosting.com.au/images/16221.gif" align="bottom" border="0" height="32" hspace="0" vspace="0" width="32" /> <strong class="specialbold">Disable</strong> icon.</li>
</ol>
<p class="bodytext">The automatic reply is now switched off. Its configuration is not deleted from the control panel, so the next time you need to use this automatic reply, repeat the above procedure, clicking <img xsrc="http://support.sydneywebhosting.com.au/images/16217.gif" align="bottom" border="0" height="32" hspace="0" vspace="0" width="32" /> <strong class="specialbold">Enable</strong> on the last step.</p>

<p class="bodytext">To delete an automatic reply configuration that you no longer need:</p>

<li class="procedurelistnumber">On your Home page, click the domain name you need.</li>
<li class="procedurelistnumber">Click the <img xsrc="http://support.sydneywebhosting.com.au/images/16133.gif" align="bottom" border="0" height="32" hspace="0" vspace="0" width="32" /> <strong class="specialbold">Mail</strong> icon.</li>
<li class="procedurelistnumber">Click the e-mail address you need.</li>
<li class="procedurelistnumber">Click the <img xsrc="http://support.sydneywebhosting.com.au/images/16220.gif" alt="btn autoresp" align="bottom" border="0" height="32" hspace="0" vspace="0" width="32" /> <strong class="specialbold">Autoresponders</strong> icon in the <strong class="specialbold">Tools</strong> group.</li>
<li class="procedurelistnumber">Select a check box corresponding to the configuration name, and click <img xsrc="http://support.sydneywebhosting.com.au/images/16254.gif" align="bottom" border="0" height="16" hspace="0" vspace="0" width="16" /> <strong class="specialbold">Remove Selected</strong>.</li>
</ol>
