What is a blacklist?

A blacklist is an explicit list of email addresses/senders from whom email will not be accepted.

To add an email address to the blacklist;
1. Login into your web hosting control panel.
2. Click on the "4PSA SPAM GUARDIAN" icon in the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
3. Click on the domain name you wish to manage.
4. Click on the "Spanner" icon next to the email address you would like to manage.
5. Under "Black List settings for mailbox" add the email address.
For example: email@yourdomain.com
If you would like to add an entire domain please type the following;
*@yourdomain.com
