Adjusting SPAM Settings

To adjust your SPAM setting please use the following steps.

1. Login into your web hosting control panel.
2. Click on the “SPAM GUARDIAN” icon in the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
3. Click on the domain name you wish to manage.
4. Click on the “Spanner” icon next to the email address you would like to manage.
5. Here you will find the settings for SPAM Filtering.
6. To increase the effectiveness of SPAM Filtering please lower the values in “Tag Engine Sensitivity” and the “Drop Engine Sensitivity” fields. The lower the number, the more effective the filtering.
7. Then click “update”.

NOTES:
Sydney Web Hosting does not support lost emails if the SPAM Service is used.
Although this configuration change is not officially supported by us it should work without incident.
